In the name of Allah, the most beneficent, the most merciful
All Praise is to Allah, he has given us this great opportunity to serve this mankind.

Quran says One who saves a soul is like saving the whole mankind and Prophet (PBUH) insists many times to help the poor.

I would like to take this opportunity to explain about MLUS charitable trust activities towards helping poors in terms of health and education.

Under this trust we are running a hospital in the name SA HOSPITAL

Our Appeal:

Donors will receive 80G certificate.

Note: We also receive Zakath and Manage separate account. We will issue 80G certificate on request to Zakath donors for Income Tax rebate.

We are expecting our donors to offer their Zakath, Sadaqa or other donations to support the above noble cause which shall encourage us to reach more people and to expand our services.

About the SA Hospital:

  • We are 30 bedded national board accredited (NABH waiting for final approval) 24/7 multispecialty hospital with state of art facilities located in rural area with the aim to improve the health condition of local community.
  • It was started on --- June 2017 and in short time we have done around 100,000 consultations, 1000 surgeries, 500 dialysis, 50,000 investigations and 700 deliveries.
  • We are covering various specialties like General Medicine, General Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Dentistry, Physiotherapy, Cardiology, Neurology, Orthopaedics, ENT, Ophthalmology, Nephrology, Urology and Emergency medicine.
  • We offers service like Lab, X Ray, Ultrasound, ECG, Pharmacy, Modular Operation theatre, Dialysis, Critical care, Ambulance and Labour ward.
  • Our ward types include General ward, Semi Private and Private wards. General ward has separate Male and Female sections.

About the Education:

  • We choose meritorious students from Class 10th and 12th who are from poor economic background and offer them Scholarships and proper career guidance.
  • We do sponsor Men and Women who opt to choose Islamic education in Madrasa.
  • We are providing necessary financial assistance to Students who Joined colleges but not able to continue further due to financial burden.
  • We do give counselling to merit students in schools and colleges and encourage them to join in civil services. We do coordinate with various civil exam coaching centres and place our students.
  • Through our network, we assist our graduates to get suitable job placement

Activities:

  • Every month we are conducting 2 to 3 specialty and general camps in and around villages. We offer free medicines, free investigations and even free surgeries for the poor people. So far we have conducted more than 100 camps and around 25,000 people get benefitted.
  • In coordination with local jamath we offered colour coded cards to public to categorize them as Most poor (RED CARD All services on free of cost) Poor (ORANGE CARD All services on concession between 50% - 75%) and Affordable (GREEN CARD All services on nominal fees). Around 1000 families are getting benefits from this Scheme.
  • We conduct blood donation camps in coordination with various social activity groups. Around 10 camps been conducted and have collected 250 units of blood
  • We have conducted around 5 free eye screening camps and have created awareness about Glaucoma, Diabetic Retinopathy, Blindness. We are even creating awareness about eye and other organ donation
  • We do free dialysis for poor patients.
